Diagnosed back in 2010, I spent years struggling with poor gut health and an even poorer immune system.What a journey it has been since then! I vividly remember the early days of my diagnosis—endless searches for tasty gluten-free snacks, the anxiety of eating out safely, and the struggle to find fast food on unprepared days. Eating out? That often brought its own stress and challenges!Fast forward to today, when Justin expanded his food truck into a restaurant, I knew it was my time to chime in with a *big idea*: more **gluten-free options** on the menu! (You’re welcome 😉). Justin has seen firsthand how tricky dining out can be as a coeliac, watching me navigate menus and starting every order with, "Hi, so I’m a coeliac."
Now, we’re proud to offer delicious and gluten-free friendly meals to our amazing customers.
